Would it be possible to make the Save Notification (Eg when adding email recipients to a ticket) that appears in a black bordered white box to have a background colour so it is more obvious?
Often times when setting up a ticket but forget to save it (yes you're prompted if you move off to another ticket but not if you move between open windows/modules) then fire an email into the ticket and DOH! didn't save the blimmin ticket/it's not going to go out to who I just set it up for :(
Just make it a bit more obvious... red/yellow/green background - anything just not white on white
