How do I track business links between different accounts? For example, I found that the marketing consultancy firm we work with also provides services to several of our customers and I want to remember this next time I approach them. How do I track this inCommitCRM?

Yes, you can use the Account's Relations tab. The Relations tab allows you to keep a link between different Accounts, and define the relation type, such as Employee, Consultant, etc. (you can edit this list to contain any type you wish). Note that you can change the relationship type by right-clicking the Relationship line and select update Relationship.
