    Hi

    When creating an additional branch office contact (secondary contact), is there no way to copy address and phone number details for the branch office like there is to copy the main account address details?

    Yes, there is :-)

    While the the Secondary Contact Window you'll find the 'More Actions...' drop down at the bottom-right of the Window. Click it and select the 'Copy Address and Phone Numbers from Account' menu option. Done!

      But that copies the address details from the main account, NOT the branch office??

        Yes, that's right. The alternate option would be to Copy the branch 'secondary' Contact, instead of creating a new one, then edit the name while having the other data, such as address, already copied.

          Hmm. What about if you're creating a new secondary contact during the ticket creation process by clicking the + button? Our call logging staff will be performing this task on a regular basis.

          It would be a bit of a pain to have to create the secondary contact, with the branch office address, before you can create a ticket for that contact.
