Why can't we update the amount of time, money and/or tickets on a contract? On the surface is looks like something that should be editable.

Any word when we are gong to see custom contracts?

It is possible to edit this :-)

To do that just select the Contract to update and go to Contracts > Modify Initial Block Value

We're looking into adding additional "custom" features to Contracts in the future.

Excellent! Didn't know that function was added. I also now see the "Change contract code"... super!!

Really, the only other thing we need is the ability to set the default "billable" status for charges that get applied to the contract (we want all charges on all contracts to automatically default to "not billable"). This is most critical for the Global System Contract!!
