Run reports and interact with the program at the same time

So many times I need to run a report and then change data inside the program based on that report. I end up printing to a PDF and opening the PDF and closing the report.

Would it be possible to change the way the program works so that we could have the report viewer and the program open at the same time?

That's an interesting idea that I suspect that haven't been suggested before. We will look into that. Thanks.
