    If a client has called and left a message for an employee should we open the ticket and add a history note?

    Answer

    This can be done using Messages feature. These are internal messages that are sent between users in RangerMSP and can be optionally linked to Account, Ticket/Opportunity/Contract and then shown under Account/Ticket History and also Messages tab.
    In addition, message can be sent to multiple users and user will get a pop up notification when new message was received.
