Had a quick search and can't find anything about this/hopefully a quick easy answer
We have created a custom Tab on the tickets called LINKED and have added 6 drop down fields for Ticket/Opportunity/Contract/Asset
When we select Opportunity and hit the magnifying glass the pop up window has the 'Filtered For Account' tick box is ticked yet no opportunities show
When we untick we can see all opps/filter as usual
Are we missing something or isn't this tick box supposed to filter opps for the current account the ticket is for (would make life that little bit easier) or is this not working because we have custom created this tab/fields?
