Is there a way to make it so when you put in your time it auto populates instead of having to click the button. When users go in and change there time they often forget to push the button.

Time spent, represented by the Charges Start and End times, does not automatically affect the amount of time to bill the client when you edit the Charge and change the times, had it done so it might have lead to the opposite problem. For example, if you set to charge the customer for one hour for a 50 minutes of work, you probably don't want it changed we you change the start/end times to represent that you worked 45 minutes instead. Instead the system helps by suggesting the time to charge your client after that has changed (e.g. the button that users can click) but do not automatically applies it. Thank you for asking, we do see why what you described may also be useful and we'll take a note of this.
