Will this be available to all Commit users? I live in the Caribbean and it would take a long time for the drone to arrive. What about fuel for the drone? Will be able to refuel in flight to make the trip? If the drone does not have enough fuel/power for the return trip, can I then keep it (at a reduce price since it will then be a used product).

No problem, the globally distributed drone network will be able to deal with such issues :-)
