doncha hate'em? Especially all the mums and dads wanting to upgrade their 6 year old+ computer to windows 7 now they get the XP out of date popup. I foolishly upgraded a few and a couple of them have decided to die completely - dead mainboard on one, dead hard drive on another. You just can't move or change PCs of that age without all the little faults sitting their waiting to be triggered all coming out. So now we won't do it on any PC over 3-4 years old, they need to buy a new PC (or use someone else!).
