    Web Interface Problem

    Hi,

    I am evaluating CommitCRM software and currently I am having a problem with the Web Interface..

    I cannot login in with any web user. I am sure that I am entering the correct username and passwords. The services were restarted more than once.

    What is the possible solution, please? Thanks.

    Thank you for posting this.

    Please try/check the following:

    1) Make sure the Web Users have their Status set to Active.

    2) Be aware that the login is case sensitive.

    3) If you have changed the default port, make sure it is above 1024 otherwise it will not work.

    4) Check that the Windows firewall or DEP settings are not blocking the Web Interface.

      This is the error message I am receiving whenever I try to log to the web interface using any web user:

      Wrong User Name or Password

      Please try Again

      I am sure that I am using the correct credentials and I am using port 4961. I also disable Windows Firewall. Thanks.

        Update: The issue was related to lack of access rights to the installation folder. Changing folders resolved the issue.
