We have a section of the business that we've been running on paper/spreadsheets for a while and we would have integrated them into our existing CommitCRM ecosystem a long time ago if it wasn't for the fact that we're so limited by the number/functionality of the "primary" status workflows (left hand side in ticket window). Basically the existing CommitCRM workflow is built for most of the company but the only way I can on-board the other area would be to generate a whole new database so we can have our own "Status" workflows.
We currently use the SQL database server for reference. I would want to purchase more licences if we can make this happen to accommodate the new users. Thanks!
