Feature Request - Move predefined text insert button location

It seems like the box i need to click the most (insert) should be at the top instead of the bottom.

My mouse instinctively moves toward the top, and that is where new/edit/delete is located but after we added all the ones we wanted (months ago) now I need to use insert more and it is on the bottom.

It would save me a few milliseconds each entry.

That might affect you only after managing the list and adding new entries...

Anyway, if you want to save some milliseconds do not use the mouse at all -

1. Click F8 and the Window to select the predefined text opens
2. Use the up/down arrows keys to select the value that you want to insert
3. Hit the Enter key.

Done! Predefined texts been entered.

true. The keyboard arrow works great for 1-4 entries, not when there are 20.

OK, so here's something else to consider - once you selected the entry you want to insert (whether with the mouse or keyboard) - hit Ctrl-G to inert it. Done!
