When installing the QuickBooks Link I received the error below - how do I fix that?

"This installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package."

Answer

Try the following steps:

1. Download the QBFC from our site here to a location with suitable access permissions.
2. Try to install it with "Run as Administrator"
3. Try running RangerMSP as Administrator as well.
4. Logout from the account you currently use on Windows (even if it has admin rights) and login again as Administrator and then try installing again.
