I see a template within emails, how do i send a customer their login details?

Under the 'Web Users' tabs, listing Customer Web User, select the user you want to email the credentials to and from the bottom panel of the tab select to Email the user their credentials using one of the email templates that are available.

i did this but the URL link is blank

The \WebInterface\RangerMSPWebInterface.ini file holds this informatino, e.g. the url to your Web portal and the port to use.
