Is there anyway to import data from Microsoft CRM 3.0 into CommitCRM?

Sure, if you can export the data from Microsoft CRM to an Excel file (or one of the other supported formats) then you can import that data to RangerMSP via Tools > Import & Export > Import Accounts or Import Assets.

Unfortunately at this time MS CRM service activities cannot be imported into RangerMSP, however, what you should probably do is export them from MS CRM as a single exported file (like Excel) per customer. Then, drag/drop each file onto RangerMSP - the relevant Account. This way you'll have instant access (double click) to the service activity history per customer.
