I added new client to CommitCRM few days ago. Today when I search accounts I get double results. The one I created and one that says [ZENITH AUTO CREATED] Account. Can someone explain this?

When RangerMSP receives a notification from Continuum about a new Ticket it tries to open it in RangerMSP under the RangerMSP Account that is linked to the Continuum Site.
In case such an Account is not linked to a Site - it creates a new Account and then creates the new Ticket from Continuum under it.
I suspect that while you have added the Account to RangerMSP, you have not yet linked it to a Continuum Site.
You should link the Site to the original Account you created.
Then, perform an Account Merge where you merge the auto-created Account into the one you created.

i had this problem, i found a good way to sort it.
Merge the accounts from the [gfi xxxxxx] to the correct account.
