When a customer logs in, they can see the currently open tickets, but when they click the drop down and select All, it doesn't do anything. Same with when they select Closed Tickets.
Tested both in IE 9 and Chrome.
Edit: Tried hitting "Find" with and without text in the box, does nothing.
