We've been using Commit with QB for about two years, running Version 6.2 with no issues. Today we went to sync/update Accounts from QB and received the following error:
Message: An exception occurred! Type:UTFDataFormatException, Message:invalid byte 1 (–) of a 1-byte sequence.SAXParseException: error at line 31423, column 28 in XML data
Ran a data verification on the QB file and found no errors, performed a rebuild just in case which came out clean. Am also able to import/sync/push invoices one at a time, so it's just the bulk sync that's failing.
