Office 365 hosted Exchange

Hi

Am running the trial version and am trying to link the e-mail connector to office365, we use the latest 2013 and i'm trying to find the correct server address. Pasting the address from outlook fails.

Any ideas

Please provide us with more details such as what error message you see or specifically what you are trying to configure, for example is it the pop/smtp details you are having problems with?

Here's an example of the SMTP/POP connection details:

POP3: outlook.office365.com 995 SSL
SMTP: smtp.office365.com 587 TLS

Hive got the smtp working fine.

Am using all the settings that you have put in your post, the pop 3 settings are

outlook.office365.com

port 995

explicit stls

get this error

Connecting to Pop3 server...
RqType = 0 WinSock error 10004 Interrupted system call

Please check your firewall or other security or privilege settings to ensure nothing is blocking the connection to the pop server.
Also, it may be related to a lack of privileges for the RangerMSP Server service. By default it runs under the Local System user, but depending on policies it might not have enough privileges. I recommend that besides firewall/antivirus check (mentioned above) you configure the RangerMSP Server service to run under an Administrator user (configured under the Windows Service properties Window).
