Lower Scroll Speed with Mouse Wheel?

I noticed that in an update we did recently it made it so the mouse wheel now scrolls two spaces instead of one. This is a huge pain when checking accounts for information.

Is there anyway to adjust the scroll speed?

In RangerMSP 7.0 there were introduced enhancements when using scrolling. There is in fact more control over how it scrolls through lists now...

Ctrl + mouse wheel: scrolls the list by the number of rows currently visible in the Window. In other words if ten rows are currently visible then this function will scroll them by ten rows at a time.
Shift + short mouse wheel: this scrolls exactly one row at a time.
Short mouse wheel: this scrolls the list two rows at a time.

In addition, the position of the scroll bar when scrolling through the list is now more accurate.
