I thought it would be good to let everyone know what software / tools I use as a solo tech and maybe others could share what they use.
you never know someone may be using software that will help you !
so lets help each other.
Software I find essential for working
1. Of course CommitCRM
2. Malwarebytes
3. Hitman Pro
4. AVG Rescue Disk
5. D7II computer repair software - this saves alot of time and is a dream to use also cheap for single tech license (http://www.foolishit.com/d7ii/).
6. FABS autobackup - capture ALL user data for transfer to new build
7. Acronis 2014 for creating images
8. Payleven - card payments with no monthly contract fees but 2.75% fee on all transactions.
