How to store emails sent with Outlook

Is there any way to store emails in RangerMSP which are sent directly to the customer using Outlook instead of through the Email Connector?

If there is no Ticket involved you can just drag the email from Outlook to RangerMSP and store it as a document under the Account by dropping it on the Account Window.

Or - you can enable automatic filing of Outlook emails as Documents (which is the default) by going to Tools > Options > Documents and checking File Emails as Documents when sent using MS Outlook. This means that any email you initiated from RangerMSP client, will be filed under the Customer Account as a document! Double clicking it will open that email message and there's nothing else you should do.
