We are creating to-do lists for the techs to check off within tickets/accounts. The problem we are encountering is that it will not show accurately/specifically the tech that checked it off. It is showing the person that is viewing the list at that moment. Is there a way to show which tech performed the individual task within a to-do list?

Thank you. Unfortunately that's a bug to which we'll introduce a fix. We apologize for the temporary inconvenience it causes you. For what it worth, using the Web interface does show the tech that actually checked it off, unlike the logged in user.
