Is there a way to show only completed Tickets when creating a QuickBooks invoice?

Answer

When generating the QuickBooks invoice you can click the Quick Unselect button and choose Charges from Open Tickets.

You can also make this the default for invoices created from the Account or Contract (not for a Ticket) by going to Tools > Options > Quickbooks and under the Invoice Charges - Default for Charges of Open Tickets section select the option to Leave Charges of open Tickets unselected.
