When sending an invoice from RangerMSP to QuickBooks Online, we were able to figure out how to the get the invoice (service) date to QBO, but, the invoice date shows up in the Description. The invoice template has a placeholder for Service Date, but it is empty on import. So, we look at the date in the description field, use the date picker in the Service Date to choose the service date, then highlight the date stamp in description and delete. We are doing this on each labor/part item. We don't know what to change in RangerMSP or QBO to get the service date filled out so we can avoid the extra steps.

Thank you for posting this. The charges converted into invoice lines in QuickBooks include their date as part of the description, as you described. Currently, this date is not sent to the date field that QBO offers for invoice lines. The idea is clear. Thank you for sharing it with us. It will be reviewed.
Thanks!
