Do you know if there is a shortcut way to change the details of an asset that has already been
created quickly without having to go to the asset screen, find it and then change it?

Answer

Sure - wherever you see the Asset, for example, when you're working on a Ticket and see the linked Asset you have various way to quickly open the Asset details for edit - without having to search for it:

1. In Ticket General right click on Asset field and select Show Asset..
OR
2. On the toolbar click the Show Linked button and select Show Linked Asset
OR
3. In Ticket Preview click the blue link near the Asset to open Asset details.
