Would that be possible to rename the field name? e.g. rename Field1 in Accounts to Facebook.

Yes, you can rename the field. For this you should right click their label and select the 'Field Settings...' option, a Window will open where you can rename them (how they appear on lists) and also rename the label that is listed in editing mode.
