    I’ve added a custom field to a ticket report. I need to filter the report based on that custom field. How can I do that?

    Answer

    In order to filter report by custom field, when generating the report click Expand button > select By Subject tab > select your custom subject from the Subject drop down list > select the custom field from Fields list.
