    Can I design forms on my own for tickets with my logo, images etc.? Can I do it on trial mode?

    Answer

    Sure! First visit the Tools > Options > Reports tab and edit your textual header and/or upload your image/logo.

    Second, you can customize the report layout themselves using the build in Report Designer.

    And yes, you can customize it all during trial.
