But Dispatcher always appears in the "Region"

When changing the label there are a few things to change - first the field name, then you can change the field label as well as the field label for grid/tables. Please verify that you change all these properties, restart RangerMSP and give it another try.

I changed the following fields: Field Name, Label, Column Title e Data Field it always appears "Region" in the dispatcher

OK, this one is indeed tricky - but is should work for you:
You need to change the Column Title value of the Region Code field in Tickets - NOT Accounts.
Open the Tickets Window
Select any Ticket in the list
Visit the General tab
Find the Account field
On its right you'll see a field, without a label, that display the Account's Region.
Right click above this field
From the menu select 'Field Settings...'
Edit the Column title in this Window.
Done!
Restart RangerMSP, open the Dispatcher and see how it goes.
