We provide monthly reports to all of our customers that have block of hours or monthly maintenance with us. It would be really nice to be able to run report from same windows where we select contract as completed. Right now, we have to go to account, contracts, create new contract, assign it as default, go to old contract, mark it as completed. Then go to reports, go through a long list of completed contracts to find the one we are looking for and the run a report to be able to send it to customer. It is very time consuming.
