Custom Pricing for Account not working

I’m having trouble getting Custom Pricing working for an account. I have set a “Fixed hourly rate for all employees” for this account, but when I apply a charge for this account, it still uses the Employee’s default value.

This may happen if the Labor item was defined as Fixed Price and you should change item's price source to Employee Rate.
Please note that Price Source cannot be changed if there are already Charges logged for this item. In such a case you can create a new Item and set the existing one as Suspended.
