    Email connector

    Our emails are not generating tickets in commitCRM.
    We have gone through the Serverconfig everything is set correctly.
    We have opened the ports on our router.
    We have also tried to uninstall and reinstall the service.
    we have both our domain entered and email as well.

    any ideas?

    We assume that all tests under ServerConfig completed successfully.... therefore it might be a privileges issue. By default RangerMSP Server service runs under the Local System user and sometimes it isn't privileged enough to connect to the mail server. Please try to edit the service properties and change the user it runs under to Administrator. Restart the service and give it a try.
