Answer

You can manage subcontractors by allowing them access to the Web interface. In short Subcontractors are added as Employees and should access RangerMSP only via Web Interface for Employees module that allows working with subcontractors also by limiting their access only to specific Accounts (customers) and only to the Tickets assigned to them.
