Email template - truncated description

Hi

Is it possible to put a truncated description into an email template, specifically the replies to tickets. I would like to have a truncated description in the subject line.

Unfortunately no. It is possible to truncate it while using the Web interface so the list views will be smaller, but not in Email Templates. Thanks for asking, we'll take a note of that.
