How do I change the default Ticket view to show list?

You can select the default view (List/List and Details) and tab (Preview/History etc.) for the Ticket window view in Tools-> Options -> Tickets-1 tab.


In addition you can arrange the Ticket window (and any other window) as needed and save the current view using Windows menu -> Save current Windows Configuration for next logins.
