    Tracking customer related files

    RangerMSP User Question*

I have been trying to figure out the best way to do this. I will give you an example. I have a customer named Tim. I purchased several items for Tim and received receipts for the item. They usually come as a pdf or I may have to scan a document from the place of purchase. I would like to be able to keep that all under Tim’s account. I know there is a Notes section but I am limited to one tab. What would be the best way to keep track of all this info for Tim?

    Answer

You should probably drag/drop all related files (PDF/Scanned) into Tim's Account Window in RangerMSP, these will then be filed and documented under Tim's Account with quick access to it directly from Tim's Account Docs tab - double click to open any document you attached to it in any format (PDF, jpg, tiff, dragged-email-from-Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).

    Hope this helps.
