Track of prepaid hours

RangerMSP User Question*

I was curious if there was a way to keep track in RangerMSP of prepaid hours for a client. Say for example a client has paid us $1000 for the month of January and as we perform services for the clients we want to deduct hours from that amount, is there a way to do this?

Yes, I believe that you are looking at a Block of Money Contract (or possibly a Block of Time one). You configure the Block amount, the start/end dates and you're done! All Charges against this Contract becomes Not Billable automatically while the Block is being reduced with each Charge being added.
