We are looking to do a bunch of time triggered alerts and would be prepared to share the cost. I believe this can be done using CommitCRM's APIs. Does anyone have someone on their team that would be able to develop such a program with a reasonable amount of time and effort. In short CommitCRM offer native libraries in VB.NET, C# and C++.

Re: Time Triggered Alerts
Indeed this can be achieved by using API. You may consider posting a project at sites like www.elance.com or www.odesk.com, gets some bids and hire someone, usually for a reasonable fee.
Hope this helps.

Re: Time Triggered Alerts
OK. Are there any freelance programmers that are familiar with CommitCRM and have produced good work in the past?
We want to explore adding a feature to CommitCRM and would like to explore working with someone who has experience in this space.

Re: Time Triggered Alerts
We've heard about companies hiring from such sites to use our API.
RangerMSP's API is straight forward so anyone with a descent level of experience can be up to speed pretty quickly. The API is also well documented.
These sites include a rating system so you can review plenty of feedback from other companies that worked with these guys.
Hope this helps.
