removing second tax field

I am wanting to remove the second tax field from the Technician Service form.

We only have 1 tax and when printing a service form is lists below my only tax an empty field called (second tax)

is it possible to prevent this from printing?

The second tax line should only show when a 2nd tax is being actually used and is applied to the customer. In any case, you can edit the layout using the built-in Report Designer and remove any reference to it.
