    RangerMSP User Question*

    We have a number of customers with managers who wish to be copied on all ticket related emails sent from RangerMSP to their staff.

    What is the best way to achieve this within RangerMSP?

    You can achieve that by adding the manager as a Secondary Contact for the customer Account using the Contacts tab and selecting the checkbox next to the Email field. As a result the Contact's email address will be added as an Email Recipient to all new Tickets of this Account (from now and on) - therefore they will be notified by email about newly created or closed Tickets as well as be included in the entire email correspondence regarding Tickets of their Account.
