    Where do I change the default Manager for jobs created by customers in the portal?

    Answer

    Tickets created by customers using the Web Portal, or the Email Connector's Email-to-Ticket feature, are assigned to the Account Manager when one is set, or to a default manager selected under Tools > Options> Tickets (Admin) tab.
