Re: Possible to complete a ticket by email
Completing a ticket may require completing related tasks, logging charges, etc. and therefore closing it 'blindly' by email is not currently an option. That may be useful though and we'll look into it, it should not conflict with rules set for closing tickets under Tools > Options > Tickets (Admin) tab.
