    Where do you keep the internal company notes on tickets, quotes and contracts and such where the customer cannot see them in the Web portal / ticket information / contract / quote information?

    You can use the Notes tab of a Ticket or Account, alternatively, and somewhat better though depending on your actual work flow, you can add History Notes under the History tab. Such notes will be also be displayed under the Preview tab.
    NOTE: The system lets you configure it to customers to see such History Notes - this depends on the Web user Privileges Group
