when I "switch to mobile view" from the webinterface, any navigation and any link is not working.

It should be there... well, it normally is. Please check the top and bottom of the pages and try to expand the view, in case you do not see it please email us a screenshot (support@...) of how things do look and we'll continue from there.

The problem is not the button "switch to mobile view", it is there.
The problem is that the mobile page that loads, has not navigational function.
Example: If I am on a ticket view in mobile view mode, click charges, click Labor = nothing happens

Thank you for the update. This is very strange. Does this happen with a specific mobile device? If so - can you try with another device, or maybe more easily on your desktop? Also, does it make any difference whether you use another Browser? Like Chrome or Firefox?

However, I tested all the browser (IE, Firefox, Chrome) with same result.
