Everything is perfect and we're about to release a new major version upgrade! Things are currently in Alpha and will enter Beta soon. Once all reported issues will be taken care of the new version will be announced!

It is already in Alpha, next is Beta and next is the official release, once all items reported back to us have been approached. If all goes well the official release is only several weeks down the road.

This is why we do not purchase the annual coverage to get "all the updates", and also why we feel it is so important as a customer to be able to see a road map of new features being implemented/planned for so we can make business decisions around what has become a very important part of our business.

An "accurate" road map would push us closer to a subscription. It usually feels like the subscription ends up costing us more money than just buying the upgrade when it comes out IF it has features we need.
