    RangerMSP User Question*


    When we create a new ticket every employee on the RangerMSP get an email update and not just the person who the ticket belongs to, is there a setup I did wrong?

    This depends on each user personal alerting settings.

    Ask the relevant users to log in, visit Tools > Options > Alerts tab and set the option 'Tickets - Opened' to OFF:
