    Question about making new fields

    Hello,

    I am trying to add a new field to the Accounts subject of my free trial of CommitCRM. I first go to the Accounts tab, then field management, and then the fields window pops up. I then hit add fifeld, add new field to Tab, hit next, and on the subject list of the "Select subject of new field" box, the list is empty. Then, when I try to add the subject "Accounts" it says that it already exists. Any thoughts?

    Thank you for asking. 'Accounts' is a system reserved subject keyword, you'll need to use something else.

    Please note that you have a separate list of custom Subject names for each area (Tickets, Accounts, Assets, etc.) so you can be more specific with the subject.
