Setting up Web Interface CommitCRM v9

Having issue setting up ApplicationPoolIdentity with Custom account in IIS:

"1.3.2 Select the Identity and set it to a custom account (see the second circled option in the screenshot below).
NOTE: The user account you set here must be a privileged user."

I have a privileged user set-up as "Sys Admin" with user name and password.
When I try to set the credentials in the Application Pool Identy, i get the "password is invalid".

Please help!

Mmm, that's a pure IIS issue and Googling it may help, but in any case maybe try creating a dedicated new privileged user for this and see how it goes.
